The LVHS Boys golf team participated in the Hutto Golf Invitational at Star Ranch GC on Tuesday, 2-20-24, in Hutto, TX). The team consisted of Bennett Lane (73), Reed Ray (85), Dalton McKinney (101), Harper Moxley (85), and Mason Taylor (97). The Vikings finished in 7th place with a team score of 340, behind Marble Falls (332), Liberty Hill (326), Hutto (321), Anderson (321), Lake Travis (318), and Bowie (306). Bennett Lane earned 3rd place medalist in the tournament with his individual score of 73. The team travels to Shadowglen in Manor next Monday.
