In order to try out for the LVHS golf team, you must have UIL eligibility. Participants who are NOT eligible at the time of the tryout session will NOT be permitted to try out for the team. If you had a failing grade in ANY high school class for the previous nine weeks grading period, then you are not UIL Eligible.

(Eligibility status WILL be checked prior to any tryout session.)

In order to be considered for the LVHS Golf Team for the Fall or Spring season, you must participate in the tryout session, if there is one. If you are unable to participate in the session, for any reason, you must explain your reason and have approval from the coach.

Do you have all required ATHLETIC paperwork turned into the athletic trainer's office (Austin Brown, LVHS Athletic Trainer)?

All ATHLETIC paperwork must be signed and uploaded to RankOne.com before you can be approved to participate in the Tryout Session. This paperwork includes a CURRENT athletic physical, the steroid use form, the concussion form, medical history form, etc. If you need assistance doing this, click on the "Documents" tab and follow the instructions in the flier.
**Shot records and other medical paperwork that was turned into the High School office at the beginning of the year is separate from these forms and is not viable.
