Do you have all required ATHLETIC paperwork turned into the athletic trainer's office (Austin Brown, LVHS Athletic Trainer)?

All ATHLETIC paperwork must be turned into the LVHS Athletic Trainer's office, prior to Jan. 16, 2022, before you can be approved to participate in the Tryout Session. This paperwork includes a CURRENT athletic physical, the steroid use form, the concussion form, medical history form, etc. Shot records and other medical paperwork that was turned into the High School office at the beginning of the year is separate from these forms and is not viable.

In order to be considered for the LVHS Golf Team for the 2022 season, you must participate in the tryout session. If you are unable to participate in the session, for any reason, you must explain your reason and have approval from the coach, prior to Jan. 16, 2022.

In order to try out for the LVHS golf team, you must have UIL eligibility. Participants who are NOT eligible, as of Jan. 21, 2022 will NOT be permitted to try out for the team on Jan. 22, 2022. If you had a failing grade in ANY high school class for the 2nd nine weeks grading period, then you are not UIL Eligible.
